Cultivated in the cloudy region of the Palmichal rainforest, on the western slopes of the Escazú Mountains, this Costa Rican coffee is known for its exceptional balance and well rounded mouthfeel with bright acidity, creamy body, and sweet hints of caramel.

Grown by one of the oldest coffee families in Costa Rica, Romelia is named for Doña Romelia, who, with her brother, Manuel Rojas Arias, were pioneer coffee growers in the Palmichal region.

These beans produce an exceptional cup, with a buttery body, and fruity notes of peach and pear. This is one of our most popular and requested single origin beans.
