When I was growing up, my father called nearly everything he cooked “Dad’s World Famous.” Beef stew. Enchiladas. Chili. Part joke, part tradition, it was his way of bringing people to the table and making an ordinary meal feel special.
Named in his honor, Dad’s World Famous is a blend of Ethiopian and Guatemalan coffees roasted to full-city in our cast iron roaster for a cup that’s rich, smooth, full-bodied, and deeply satisfying.
