We are proud to bring this bean to the roaster. The Zongolica coop is comprised of twenty women in Veracruz, Mexico, each with less than two hectares. These farms are agro-ecosystems, and each producer strives to allow coffee to grow naturally, within and among the region's vast biodiversity.
Cherries are hand picked and hand milled, washed, and sun dried.
These beans produce an exceptional cup, with savory notes of tropical fruits, chocolate, brown sugar, and hints of florals.
